As a European, it often feels safer to do business with other Europeans, not least when there is a distance of tens of thousands of kilometers involved. Thailand-Bostäder is a Swedish company that has successfully already sold and built a project in Hua Hin with 25 one-storey villas, and is now constructing its second residential development.
ThailandBostäder distinguishes itself from most other players in the market by having Swedish management all the way, including a real Swedish builder with more than 10 years’ construction experience in Thailand. Even if, for natural reasons, primarily Thai materials are being used, the houses have a level of quality equivalent to Swedish building standards, with a three-year warranty.
