The small Thai fishing village of Huay Yang, merely an hour south of Hua Hin, has become something of a Nordic favorite. Through the new project Salaburi Villa there is the opportunity to own villas right next to the beach for very modest prices indeed. The whole area is currently under construction to be completed in early 2009.
Nowadays, hundreds of Nordic families spend parts of or all of the winter in tropical sunshine. Huay Yang offers a wonderful mix of, on the one hand, untouched nature and white sandy beaches and, on the other hand, an international community with the tourist metropolis of Hua Hin only a little over a hour away.
Salaburi Villa is an exclusive area of 34 beach villas and a whole host of first class infrastructure and facilities. The whole area is being built complete up at once and is expected to be finished in the first half of 2009.
