Designed by Roger Packard, Lake View is suitable for golfers with high, medium as well as low handicap. The course is located some 25—30 minutes from the city and is open every day. Lake View is the first 36-hole golf course in Hua Hin. Some commentators claim the main 18-hole course to be the most beautiful in Hua Hin, situated amidst a number of natural lakes. From many holes, it is difficult to spot the green from the tee, making a round of golf a challenging adventure. Additionally, the course is characterised by well-positioned bunkers. Several of the holes are doglegs.
The club house is exclusive and its restaurant offers good relaxation with culinary food after a golfing day. In the club house, there is also the opportunity of further relaxation in the spa section. The dressing rooms are fresh and spacious. Many traveling golfers opt for staying at the three-star, 75-room Imperial hotel sited within the area.
