With Phuket previously being the Thai centre of exclusive properties, Hua Hin has rapidly started gaining momentum in this lucrative segment of the property market. The Engel & Völkers exhibition, and the overly positive response it received from the visitors, is one rather telling example of this new trend. “We were extremely satisfied with the level of interest from the visitors. This shows that Hua Hin is getting more and more into the focus of international property buyers. We had a very good mix from Thai and foreign customers which makes us even happier.” says Duangjai Kraus, Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Hua Hin.
