Pala-U Waterfalls
Not far from the border with Myanmar (Burma), some 60 kilometres west of Hua Hin, is the location of the beautiful Pala-U waterfalls. Embarking on a trek here is a thrilling experience with lush forests and rare animal and butterfly species. The waterfall itself is preferably visited during the rainy season when the torrent of water is significant (please see further Hua Hin’s weather). The area is a part of the National Park Kaeng Krachan. Apart from the waterfall, the National Park also provides magnificent caves. |
