Sited in an amazing mountain environment, on the way to Black Mountain Golf Club, AKA Resort & Spa is one of Hua Hin’s latest top-notch resorts. As the name indicates, the resort is inspired by the Aka tribe — known for living an easy-going day-to-day life and for its strong focus on continuity in life. The resort is aiming at being a first class place for relaxation and recovery. The resort facilities include a Zen spa, calm waters and a large swimming pool with rustic, black tiles against a beautiful mountain background. There are also conference rooms for up to 20 participants. AKA is different from many other resorts since the complex offers the guests to stay in one- and two-rooms villas, ranging from 160 to 350 square metres (including the land plot). AKA Resort & Spa offers most of what one can expect from a five-star resort. However, as the resort is located northwest of Hua Hin city, you should be aware the distance to the nearest beach is at least 10 minutes by car. On the other hand, AKA provides shuttle service to downtown Hua Hin.
